The cottage is in a superb position overlooking the "Falls of Dochart" one of Scotlands favourite beauty spots in  the Loch Lomond &  The Trossachs National Park within five minutes walking distance of the local shops, churches, hotels and restaurants.

 

The traditional property provides accommodation for 4 people.

 

Two Bedrooms. (1) Double Bed and (2) Single Beds.

 

(There is also available a sofabed in one of the lounges, and a single Z Bed).

 

Private cottage garden, and off street parking.

Price (weekly)  £250-£450.

 

Deposit (1/3 of total booking fee) the balance to be paid 6 weeks before the commencement date. You are advised in the event of cancellation the booking fee is not refundable unless the cottage is able to be relet.

 

Bed Linen and Heating included in the price.

Towels are available on request..

 

COTTAGE IS STRICTLY NON SMOKING.

 

Well behave dogs welcome by prior arrangement,

(Dogs must not be left unattended in the cottage).
